Founders Elena D'Agostino and Joyce Mennella first partnered in 2011, united by a shared commitment to exceptional service and a vision for a more personal, community-focused real estate experience. Inspired by the idea that home is about more than an address, they launched Lucky to Live Here® Realty in 2015, creating a boutique brokerage centered on local expertise, innovative marketing, and lasting client relationships.

In 2026, Elena and Joyce proudly joined SERHANT as the Lucky to Live Here® Team.
