What is Hard Cider?

Hard Cider is an alcoholic version of apple cider. Hard cider is commonly made from apples and pears but can be made from a variety of other fruits.

Types of Hard Cider?

• Dry Cider - lowest sugar level, higher alcohol content
• Semi-sweet or sweet cider - sweeter versions
